We’re Hiring: Sales Pipeline Contractor (Pre-Launch)

Fruit Snack Streams™ is preparing for launch and we’re looking for someone to help us build the relationships that will power our growth.

This is a short-term, part-time contract role focused on one thing:

Turning warm interest into real conversations.

About Fruit Snack Streams

Fruit Snack Streams is a classroom-first platform designed to help childcare providers guide smoother transitions throughout the day using short, 5-minute videos.

We exist to support educators, reduce classroom stress, and create calmer, more regulated environments for children.

The Role

As our Sales Pipeline Contractor, you will:

  • Reconnect with childcare leaders who have already shown interest in our work

  • Start thoughtful, human conversations via email and LinkedIn

  • Ask simple questions to understand classroom needs

  • Track outreach and responses in a simple system

  • Help guide interested leads toward early access and demo opportunities

This is not a cold sales role, and you will not be responsible for closing deals.

What Success Looks Like

Over 6–8 weeks, you will:

  • Reach out to 100–150 warm leads

  • Generate 30–50 responses

  • Help create 15–25 meaningful conversations

  • Identify 10–15 centers interested in onboarding at launch

Who This Is For

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Communicate clearly and naturally (not overly scripted or salesy)

  • Are comfortable reaching out and starting conversations

  • Are organized and reliable

  • Care about education, childcare, or mission-driven work

Role Details

  • Remote

  • Part-time (~10 hours/week)

  • Contract (6–8 weeks)

  • Compensation: $2,000–$2,500 total

How to Apply

Subject line: Sales Pipeline Contractor – [Your Name]

Include:

  • A short note (3–5 sentences) on why this role interests you

  • One example of a message you would send to re-engage a warm lead (keep it human)

  • A link to your LinkedIn or resume

We’re looking for someone who knows how to connect (not just contact).

If that’s you, we’d love to hear from you.
